Faculty of Pharmacy

The Faculty of Pharmacy was initially part of the Faculty of Science and Natural Sciences (FIPIA), established in September 1965. It was later renamed the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) in 1982. To support the integrated Health Sciences Cluster within UI, the Faculty of Pharmacy was officially established as an independent faculty on November 29, 2011, by Rector Decree No. 2408A/SK/R/2011.

 

Faculty of Law

Originally known as the Rechtshogeschool or Faculteit der Rechtsgeleerdheid, the Faculty of Law was founded on October 28, 1924. It is the oldest law school in Indonesia and has produced many of the nation’s founding intellectual figures. The Faculty of Law offers a single program: the Undergraduate Law Program, which awards a Bachelor of Law degree.

Faculty of Administrative Sciences

The field of Administrative Sciences focuses on the development of policy studies, governance, innovation, culture, and institutions, viewing both private and public organizations as dynamic entities. This discipline examines the internal dynamics of organizations as key instruments for solving social phenomena and global conditions.

Faculty of Humanities

Founded on October 1, 1940, as the Faculteit der Letteren en Wijsbegeerte (Faculty of Letters and Philosophy), the Faculty of Humanities has evolved significantly. Initially part of the Universiteit van Indonesie, it was integrated into the Universiteit van Indonesia in 1950 and later renamed Universitas Indonesia in 1954.

Faculty of Economics and Business

Established on September 18, 1950, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB UI) is the oldest economics faculty in Indonesia. To remain competitive nationally and internationally, it adopted the name Faculty of Economics and Business on February 19, 2015, reflecting its vision to be a leading center of economic and business learning in Asia.

Faculty of Nursing

As the first and foremost Faculty of Nursing in Indonesia, established in 1985, the Faculty of Nursing plays a pivotal role in nursing education. Since 2012, undergraduate nursing programs have been conducted in the Health Sciences Cluster, along with other health-related faculties, aligning with the integrated health sciences curriculum introduced in the 2012/2013 academic year.

Faculty of Computer Science

Established in 1968, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP UI) is one of UI’s largest faculties, with numerous programs and a substantial student body. As of 2014, FISIP UI offered 34 programs and had a faculty of 227 lecturers and over 6,230 students.

Faculty of Medicine

As Indonesia’s oldest and most prestigious medical school, the Faculty of Medicine (FKUI) is committed to providing high-quality medical education. Vocational Education Program
